A Stretch Ceiling is a suspended ceiling system consisting of two basic components – a perimeter track and lightweight fabric membrane which stretches and clips into the track. In addition to ceilings the system can be used for wall coverings, light diffusing, floating panels, exhibitions and creative shapes.
Stretch ceilings allow the incorporation of all types of light fixtures, fans, grilles and fixing points by the use of a proprietary background support.
Today the stretch ceiling is considered far from a luxury, but a practical and very high-quality type of surface finish.
Despite the fact that this ceiling is expensive than, for example, gypsum works, it is in quite high demand. The cost of the ceiling is easily justified by its decorative properties, durability (life span 20-25 years), easy ,quick, dust free installation, and a variety of texture and color options.
Fabric
Our fabric material is a 0.25 mm thick fully recyclable Stretch Membrane. The material comes in a vast array of colors and finishes including Matt, Satin, Lacquer (mirror like), metallic, perforated, and translucent for lighting diffusing, back lighting & projection. The material can be printed or painted for additional effects, is entirely waterproof, washable and impermeable to vapor. The material is maintenance free, hygienic, non toxic and is fire retardant
The lightweight sheets are purpose made from roll material to form any shape and size in one piece. Each panel incorporates an ultrasonically welded ‘Harpoon Edge’ which clips into the track.
Typically the Aluminum or PVC Semi-Concealed track is the preferred choice for most architects and designers, enabling curves, domes, vaults and many other shapes to be formed with ease.

Lacquered (or glossy) stretch ceilings are the most popular stretch ceilings. Lacquered stretch ceilings have glossy surface and high reflective power. These qualities of lacquered stretch ceilings allow to visually widen space in a room, what cannot be achieved by any other means of design. That is why many clients choose lacquered Stretch ceilings. Such stretch ceilings may be used both in considerably small rooms, such as kitchens and bathrooms, and in large living rooms and halls. Lacquered stretch ceilings fit great in modern high tech or similar interior design. Glossy stretch ceilings with rich color shades will also fit well for fastening multi-level ceilings
Stretch ceilings with matte or satin texture is the best way to create a design in classic style. Matte textures resemble skim ceiling. Matte texture creates a perfectly smooth surface with minor effect of light reflection.
Matt stretch ceilings fit almost in any room interior and make as a rule relatively neutral impression. They do not draw your attention away from other elements of design. Colored matt stretch ceilings do not reflect light and their colors do not fade.
Stretch ceilings with satin texture are similar to matt stretch ceilings. However, satin textures are perfectly smooth, as a result their reflective power is higher than in case of matte textures. This small reflection of light gives these ceilings a mother of pearl shade.
In comparison with lacquered stretch ceilings the variety of colors of matte or satin textures is slightly smaller.
Illuminated or back-lit Stretch ceilings imitate the effect as if daylight is coming through and creates peerless atmosphere in the room. Illuminated ceiling may be used as the main source of light in a room, as it can be created in any shapes and sizes.
Back lit translucent ceilings can be printed to give a room a special pinch line. Full-colour printing is made with the help of large-format UV technology.
Stretch ceiling is a high density polyester based clear film coated on one side with a micro porous ink receptive coating. The capillary action micro coating absorbs and traps printing ink instantly which results into a photo realistic imagery that is water resistant and prevent smearing under high humidity conditions
Starry sky stretch ceiling can create a special atmosphere in a room. It is an imitation of starry sky, which is created with the help of a projector specifically designed by Saros Design Germany and bundles of fiber optics of various lengths and various quantities of fiber optics. A room with such ceiling is filled with romantic and calming atmosphere.
For stretch ceiling with night sky effect, Small holes for each ‘star’ are made in stretch ceiling fabric, then the fiber optics is pulled through those holes and is fastened with glue. Then the excess fiber optics out from fabric is cut off while the other end of fiber optics are connected with LED projector which is used as a source of light and can generate white and also full-color (RGB) light. Light is transferred through optic fiber to a certain ‘star’.
